Coloured wool ensures that these decorative felt trees are weather-proof

No winter decorations can be complete without a tree somewhere. Here, we're making our own. Coloured sheep's wool is turned into cosy coniferous trees using the dry or needle felting method. In the process, several layers of sheep's wool are joined together with special felting needles.
