This small house elevated on wood stilts is located in the area of Manatiales on the sand dunes. It has a very simple design: a huge central loft with the kitchen and the living-room. On both sides two bedrooms with their own bathrooms separated by a turquoise glass screen. Diego Montero's studio was in charge of the house design and of its decoration. For the furniture he chose contemporary style pieces; some recycled ones and the rest vintage purchased in second-hand markets. Its owners live in Buenos Aires and they decided to build this house as a getaway at weekends. The original idea: a functional house with low maintenance cost.
